　　1. 压力释放阀用途和性能

　　压力释放阀适用于油浸式电力变压器、电力电容器及有载分接开关等，用来保护油箱。

　　当油浸式变压器在运行中出现故障时，由于线圈过热，使一部分变压器油汽化，变压器油箱中压力迅速增加，这时压力释放阀在2ms内迅速动作，释放压力，保护油箱不致变形或爆裂。油箱内的压力再升高而达到开启压力时，压力释放阀应再次动作，直到油箱内的压力降到正常值。由于压力释放阀动作后能可靠关闭，油箱外的水和空气不能进入油箱，变压器内部不会受大气污染。

　　1. Application and performance

　　Pressure release valves play a vital role in the protection of oil-immersed electrical equipments, such as transformers, high voltage switch gears, capacitor and on load tap-changers, etc. This device can prevent the oil-immersed electrical equipment from deformation or rupture. Should a fault occur in such electrical equipment, from deformation of rupture? Should a fault occurring in such electrical equipment, they are instantaneously vaporize the oil causing extremely rapid build-up of gaseous pressure? If mounting this type pressure release device on the oil-tank, when the pressure reaches to its opening pressure, it opens automatically within 2ms and relieves the pressure.

　　2压力释放阀的安装与使用 Installation and operation

　　压力释放阀一般安装在变压器油箱盖上或侧壁上。

　　It should be mounted on the cover of side wall of the transformer tank.对于法兰结构的压力释放阀，应配置法兰底座。

　　The flange seat should be provided for mounting pressure release valves.

　　将变压器本体上的安装法兰，蝶阀，压力释放阀的安装螺栓孔对齐(蝶阀两端的密封胶圈要放平放正)。Align the bolt holes of the flange the butterfly valve and the release valve on the transformer (the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the butterfly valve should be put correctly). 将各安装螺纹拧紧。 Tighten the installation bolts.

　　2.1将压力释放阀喷口法兰、变压器本体排油管法兰及中间密封垫孔对齐。Align the flange of the release valve, the flange of the discharging oil pipe on the transformer and the middle sealing ring. 将连接螺栓拧紧。Tighten the connection bolts.

　　3.1螺纹连接的释放阀，在变压器箱盖上开孔尺寸见表4，然后将产品配备的阀托焊上即可。

　　A connecting pressure release valve with screw, holes should be provided in the cover of transformer tank, the hole dimensions are in Table Ⅳ. The valve pad should be welded on the transformer. 将压力释放阀阀托焊在变压器箱体开口上

　　Weld the release valve seat to the open 锁 帽 hole of the transformer box. Lock nut 将套有密封胶圈的压力释放 保护套 拧入阀托螺纹中，要注意密封胶圈的 protective cover 安装质量，要平整不漏油。 防雨帽 Turn the release valve with the sealing Rain shield rubber ring into the screw of the valve seat. 标示杆 Pay attention to the installation quality of Indicator the sealing rubber ring and there should be 阀盖Valve lid no oil leakage. 阀罩每台产品均配套有锁帽,但它仅是 Valve cover 便于用户在做变压器整体密封试验 接线盒 时使用，变压器运行前必须其取下。 Junction box 否则在变压器出现故障时，压力释放 螺钉 阀不动作，将引起严重后果。

　　4.1请注意：取下锁帽后必须确认防雨帽是否完好地安装在标示杆上，并将保护套带上，否则下雨时雨水浸入释放阀，将引起电器部分损坏。

　　Note: After the lock nut is taken off, make sure the rain shield be installed well and wear the protective cover , otherwise rain will flow into the release valve and cause the electric equipment damage. 安装有16型压力释放阀的变压器，灌油时，务必请将放气阀打开!

　　5.1 信号开关接点容量应符合表6规定。

　　Contactor power of signal switch should comply with the valves in Table Ⅵ.
